I bought 2 air purifiers, but the filters remain as new, are they not working?
I’ve had one of them for 3 days and the other for about 1 week.

If it’s a HEPA filter, just be happy it’s clean! Those things cost a fortune!
It takes time for these to get dirty and with you checking them every couple hours all your doing is knocking it all loose and back into the air again. If you have a clean house you may not notice as much. The air filter in your heating system has also been changed im sure and that also will catch allot of particles out of the air. You can look at that filter if you wanna see some action!
