need help chosing air purifier?
ok so which is better… UV-C purifiers or those ionic breeze things or hepa filters or what? im lookin below 0 range and its a small bedroom proably around 15×20 feet

Apparently you do not want to use a UV light purifier, though it’s your
best bet; however the price the last time that I know of is around $300.00, though the price may have come down since then (around 4
years ago now). This is from athe Prozone Corp. Your next best bet is
Ionic breeze, though these can irritate the lungs, because, the ozone is coming from electrical static or from an eletrical spark and produces
nitrogenic gases that as said can irritate the lungs. Other than that, your guess is as good as mine.
Your budget does not allow for an effective air purifier. The ionic breezes are ineffective and Sharper Image has already lost in court to prove this fact. The UV-C lamps will kill bacteria and mold but do nothing to clean the particles in the air. Cheap HEPA units are noisy and the replacement filters are almost as expensive as the unit. In air purifiers, you really get what you pay for.
