Both have the best test results for removing particles. Both come with a pre filter and a HEPA filter removing 99% of all particles within a 900 square foot space. Now that’s your mold spores, your dust, pet dander, allergens. Basically anything point 3 microns or larger. There is one difference however, the Compact cannot be upgraded to the IQAir Health Pro Plus.

Very informative video about the IQAir HealthPro, IQAir HealthPro Plus and the IQAir HealthPro Compact. I liked the way they talked about the differences to the units and what to look for when making this purchase decision.
The price is a little high on these but apparently they work well.
