What is the best way to prevent kids from possibly bringing home the norwalk (or similar) virus this winter?

The whole family caught it last year. It was miserable. 3 days.. with 8+ hours of nonstop violent vomiting, plus an additional 2 days of diarrhea. Could not even keep a sip of water down. It was hell!
Not sure where it came from, but it was all over town and my oldest daughter had been attending daycare once or twice a week.

So I was wondering, besides cleaning and making sure everyone washes their hands, is there a vaccine, a spray, or medication that can prevent this from going around again in our home? I’m seriously contemplating an air purifier with ozone…!

By the way, this was a nasty virus. Within comming in contact with an infected person, you would contract the virus and begin vomiting within 8 hours or less! (I’m not kidding, it went through the ENTIRE family, including inlaws in a week!)

I’m just paranoid…. I really REALLY don’t want to ever get this again! lol
