The device is cheap and it works really well. From time to time I forget to turn it on and in the winter I find myself unable to breath (neighbor smokes.) I turn it on and in about 20 minutes the air becomes clean again.
I usually put in on high for about 1 hour at first – and then put in in mid to low and keep it there.
Oreck is a rip off. Screw those bastards.
Many of those filters are over prices. Don’t get me wrong I could not live without one. But this is what I use:
